Go to the wallet section, where you will see a large button at the bottom of the page. Tap that button to scan the QR code on your physical card. That card should appear under “My cards” in your wallet. Voila!
Your Joe Card will be activated in the selected market. Before scanning your card, please make sure that the correct market/country is selected in the app.
You can change this by tapping the flag icon in the top right corner of the app!
